How to Persuade People of Things

I think of knowledge as a species of information. And I've at various times used several different characterizations of what makes it different from other information. My most recent choice is to say that knowledge is information with causal properties. The only communication strategy that works apart from spending many years writing the book is conversation. So yeah, I don't know that I have anything better to say about how to persuade people of things. What's more important is to have an interesting discussion. All right, would you like to go happy?
