Occupy Wall Street was completely arbitrary. The people who were planning occupy wall street were like, stay for months with 20 thousand people. I mean, you know, they, it was totally disconnected from reality on the ground. There had been a massive march in a may of two thousand 11 and i don't even have a memory of it. But it had lots of great demands. In comparison to those early days it occupi showed up, and yet it didn't do anything,. You know, in terms of lighting a fire. So it was interesting.
It's Occupy Wall Street's tenth anniversary. Dan interviews Astra Taylor.
