Do You Hire in to Reflect the Whole Workflow?
For me, i would hire in to reflect the entire work flow. And depending on what the budget is and how many people, you know, i kind of group some of those tasks together. If i get a particularly capable candidate, then that can change how i'm thinking about things on a tight budget. What if the ceo that hires you in expecting some cool ai, data science, machine learning type things? That actually isn't the most immediate need. Do you handle that situation with your with your leadership? Any any thoughts there?
