Is There a Faulty Movement Pattern?

i would be very, very hesitant to refer to something as a faulty movement pattern. I'm sceptical ofthe corrective exercise implies your fixing something that's wrong. And generally, things aren't as wrong as people think they are. If you have what you're terming a faulty movementpattern, cause you simply can't get into the positions that you would need to get in to do it,. You know, maybe you just have poor mobility, and just generally working on stretching and improving mobility overtime will help with that.
