The Importance of Nagajuna and the Madhyamika School
The idea of the two truths theory as argued for in Nagajuna's writings would continue to be influential on later thinkers in Mahayana Buddhism. For example, Zheyi founded the Tian Thai school of Buddhism based on the idea of a three truths doctrine. This has only been a very simple and surface level introduction to the ideas of Nagajuna and the Madhyamika school. In the future, we will explore more thinkers and movements, some that follow in the footsteps of Nagajuna, and but also others that are completely not connected to that tradition at all.
