The Importance of Purpose in the Workplace
The most important thing about this agency is the knowledge base and connections, right? If we need to check on people or send out emails, a lot of that can be automated. Some of that could even potentially be outsourced to contractors. So this is keeping people on task and it's giving people a pathway to better their careers, better their brand. Would you eventually make things available, like healthcare and all that stuff for DJs and shit? That's a really hard thing to do.
