The Importance of Sabbath

Sabbath gets a bad rap because Jesus is interacting with a culture that had the opposite problem to we do on the Sabbath. So I think he's talking to that kind of a culture. It's not that they're hyper-legalistic, it's about the Sabbath is that they don't have any laws at all. They're in the concept, a day off a little bit. Like the Sabbath was made for man. It was created for humanity.
