How I Got Into Jiu-Jitsu After the Recession
Bashew: I got into Jiu-Jitsu in 2006. And after the recession, 2008, 2009, we, as a young entrepreneur, didn't have the skill or knowledge on how to pivot and keep the business going. We ended up getting to a really bad position. He says he came close to losing our home during that recession but jujitsu in the philosophies of jujitsu was really woven into his DNA at that point.
