There are some people who have argued that such non-locul connections could actually have an effect quite similar to dark matter. But if you think about it a little deeper, then you're really just replacing the distribution of dark matter with the distribution of those non- Loculings. And in the end, you don't really gain anything. It doesn't really help you with anything, and it brings in some new problems. So I'm not terribly excited about it."
