Meditation - What's the Difference?
There are two strategies in the mechanics of mind business. They both under the category meditation and even say the word all the excess meaning you all have for it comes into play. One is to take one thought and make that your focus. It's like tethering a wild elephant to a post. The post will be this one thought. And the instructions very simply just says, just stay with that thought. Let the awareness rest on that thought. Within two seconds it's almost impossible because the awareness immediately gets pulled by something else. So what happens if it's the way they tame an elephant? I'm not sure they should do it but it's an example. This is what I'm talking
