How Do You Think About Leadership?

When people think of leadership, what typically comes to mind is some one that has a high title and has a lot of direct reports. But my definition of leadership is about the ability to move people, to make things happen. Being able to have confidence in yourself will help you drive that forward. There's a lot of ideas out there, but not all those ideas get implemented. So it's up toa leader to drive to make that happen.
