Introduction
Kai Heron is the her in politics at Berkord College and we're here to talk a bit about one more episode in the Ecology series. Kai: I went vegan about 14 years ago and my reasons for still being vegan have changed and mutated through time. And then I got involved in animal rights movements and various environmental campaigns. That led to anti-fracking struggles in the UK around the early 2010s when fracking really looked like it was going to take off in the UK, but then didn't. It's really that that sparked the deep interest in ecology and global environmental politics.
