Gloria Young is a Jungian analyst who works with the symbolic life and archetypal images that come up from the depths of the unconscious to consciousness. What made you want to become an analyst? I had some very strong dreams that were archetypal after the death of my stepfather, the one who was a beekeeper for those that read the book. She started looking at classical mythology and she thought this is wonderful. It really helps me understand the grief and gives me a points me in a direction that shows where the psychic energy is going.
