There's hope that the first lepers can arrive this spring, probably March at the earliest. The American tanks are going to take as long as two years is what we're hearing out of the US. Moldova is hosting the highest number of Ukrainian refugees per capita compared to other EU and EU neighboring countries. We caught up with the country's president, Maya Sandhu, during her recent visit to the World Economic Forum.
