Is There a Civil Case?
The criminal standard for liability here is a lot higher than the civil standard. I'm not aware where they're gong to claim that lying in an affidavit and the warrant a is something that, you know, you shouldn't do. Sheh's already received a settlement of about 12 million dollars from the city. So i think that civil case would proceed pretty well.
