How to Hire a Property Manager

Daniel: One of the things that they should very happily and readily have available for you to view as a prospective client is a copy of what their typical lease agreement looks like. They shouldn't be, I think, withholding that information. So if they're Daniel not willing to give that to you, I would really, really question why. And where's the money going to? You want to make sure you know where the security deposit is held.
