Forget about type and focus on timing and triggers. Get the ptients into one of these key categories, episodic, acute or chronic. If you need an image, get an mri, not a c t. The sensitivity of c t is somewhere around seven to 16 % in the acute stage. And ultimately, if it's not acting like an obvous b p p v or an obvious stupo neuritis, call for help.
