The Euro Dollar System's Fundamental Achilles Heel

In order for the euro dollar system to exist, it had to have a compliant and willing federal reserve. The minute you get somebody up there going, "No, no, you're dollars for you," that's when things go wrong. And I think that that's the fight that's going on here. It was going to be Eastern Central Banks versus Western Central Banks, fight it out.
