How to Reevaluate Your Life

Reevaluating happens with big moments in your life such as your daughter getting sick or you're getting married or you have children. I identify every so often when I reevaluate but on a consistent daily basis I try to check in with myself and ask myself hey did I do the best job today? If the answer is yes fuck hell yeah then there's always tomorrow right. From a business perspective I want to bring service to corporate wellness where instead of people is going to the gym and you know wearing their headphones now the center creating connections helps with productivity in the workplace.
