What Galvanizes Black Lives Matter?

The way black america is treated is radically different than the way white America is treated. The reaction that came from the federal goverment ad the powers of b was a night and day difference. It's its havi, i think so, but also a sense that they feel like they haven't been heard in in a conversation.
