Product Management - How to Grow Your Product
If you're starting a company with up to five people, you don't really need a full-time product manager. It is usually one of the founders who's acting as the product person in addition to other things. That's kind of how I learned product management as a product CEO. After that first PM let's say a company keeps growing and now we have 20, 25 engineers, you can't just survive with one PM for all of the engineers. So there are multiple ways to go about growing your product.
