The Importance of a Point of View

I can imagine a lot of sort of younger folks that I work with being like, just staring blankly at me. It's an opportunity to sit back and have big thoughts. But I know lots of people who don't practice doing that kind of thing. So if the, I believe, make somebody go, oh, say, okay, so what, how do you think of clients? Who are your ideal clients? And they start to think about who that is and start to jot notes.
