When we first started, it was pretty low. Like this was probably above their minimum wage. So about $20 per 1000 words for overseas writer. Nowadays we're paying about.045 to.05 per word. And these are like easy to like, I shouldn't have to spend any time editing the articles. We can get the virtual assistant and then the editor can basically hit publish. But before like the lot of the lower cost writers, I would be spending like at least an hour on the article before I could publish it.
