We soda has cancelled its London IPO plans just two weeks after announcing it. The loss of the world's largest producer of natural soda ash is a major blow to London's stock exchange. There were just four London listings in the first three months of this year, making it the sixth worst quarter for IPOs in the UK since 1995. France's President Emmanuel Macron says Europe should be encouraging innovation first.
