I think a lot of it is just not being given the opportunity to participate in sort of adjacent fields, or not knowing that it is totally within your abilities to participate in those adjacent fields. And I've seen that in people too, and I think it's not always a lack of imagination, or a lack of desire. It's very truly a lack of agency. So the programmer doesn't know that they can be cross disciplinary. And so, and no one's given them permission to do that. Without it, not having the initiative. If we want to be. Can I actually add something onto that too? That's actually slightly frustrating with programmers in general game development.
