I'm on My Way Home - Is This a Good Idea?

The person ordered a lot of stuff and it was just me doing the delivery. I sent him a text letting him know that I'm heading his way and that I'd be there in about 15 minutes as I do for all my customers. It took me three separate trips to the porch and backed my car to get everything out. When I go to the porch to drop off my second load he is now open and there is a man standing there staring at me.
