The Focus Just Follow Your Passions, Right?

There is a model that i appreciate from jim collinsa author of good te great. And he talks about this three circle model, right? The overlapping ven diagram. What do people care about? What are they actually going to pay you? I'm not exactly no one's ever going to pay me to to go to a concert and see me perform piano. So at the end of the day, it's like, what is this going to cost?  I've got to make a plan. I've got to dig deep. Everything comes at a cost, and i've got ta look at that cost. That makes good sense.
