How Do You Deal With Hyper Emotional People?

How do you engage in dialogue and debate with very emotional people, people who are angry? i got asked this question ll the time, and and going to give you some of my answer. Sometimes it's not worth a debate or a discussion because it's not going to go anywhere. You have to assess them individually on what they care about and what you can connect with. And as you listen to someone, there's another technique that i talk about, and i talk about it in he book, leadership, strategy and tactics.
