In an interview, a lot of it is about how do they think. How do they like to bery? How do they go to first principles? Are they asking questions? Are they intellectually curious? And so for me, it's more of an ongoing conversation than a set of interview questions. I like to understand how people like to interact, how to build teams. i also tend to spend the first period of time in a leadership interview understanding what would make a new role, a new experience, interesting to that person.
