There was a so-called oligopoly of studios that have been around 100 years. Now Netflix and others come in, they're disruptors, and now we have a completely disrupted market. Why is that bad from an antitrust perspective? The argument might go. Shouldn't people like you be cheering Netflix? I would challenge the historical premise of what you're saying.
