The phrase comes from when they used to just make draft boards like in draft war rooms. Trevor Lawrence, Justin Fields and Joe Burrell are the three that I've given out over the last four years. The next tier would be like Kyler Murray, Justin Fields, Bryce Young to a CJ Stroud and Justin Herbert kind of like in that next tier.
