The group has been fairly consistent over the last sort of five to 10 years. So they're very comfortable working with each other. And what we try to do is hold the meeting in close proximity to a major manufacturing facility because I'm also a big believer that, hey, if as a salesperson or a sales manager, if I can say I've actually been to our facility in Montreal or have been to their facility in Pune, India, it gives a little more credibility. That's kind of an added bonus where we not only get the sales training and sales philosophy aspect, but some of the product and process training as well.
