MSJ: The obscenity statute at issue here was a specialized version of obscenity for minors that doesn't apply for adults. He says the could be present language was so broad that for the performer, it becomes a real problem. MSJ: I say you can fix this pretty darn easily by saying where children are present. And there, that's easier for a performer.
