How to Surveill a Murder Case
"We get to the scene on the last guy there because I don't have to get there early anymore," he says. "I'm looking at this guy. He's been tied up in his side yard and it looks like there's a fight involved" A surveillance team is sent out to find the roommate, who was driving around town with someone else in the passenger seat. They follow him for three or four days before police pull him over so they can make an arrest that wasn't necessary.
