How to Write a Strong Letter to People Who Know You Best

I personally don't get particularly hung up on whether or not the person knows you predominantly through lab work and through more STEM based courses versus a large giant paper in a history department. I go back to the touchstone if those are the people who know you best. I would trust that they have positive things to say about you about your intellectual engagement about your level of curiosity, how you approach problems.
