How to Use Monads in JavaScript TypeScript

One of the complaints I hear people making about things like Zio and other functional programming systems is that Monads are hard to learn. In TypeScript, has it been challenging to get JavaScript type script developers to understand Monads and flat maps? Thanks for this tangent because it's a tangent I forgot about but it's a Tangent I'm extremely excited about too. And funnily enough, it's one of those cases where we can say we were there first. We actually have the generator notation which has the same exact power as a single way.
