Paleo and Bringing Yourself to Full Health
Paleo is about getting rid of the junk that has been marketed to us as health food over the last like 60 years which is a huge part of what my book is devoted to. I don't like to get too bogged down in the rules because I think that takes all the fun out of eating and living this way. It doesn't matter what you put in your body if you're stressing the stress is actually more harmful than the food itself. And obviously you want to make sure you're putting healthy good real foods in your body but it's not the end of the world if you so quote unquote cheat every now and then or something.
