How Resilient Coder Is Positioned Towards the Future

Kelso: Resilient Coder has been fully remote since March of 2020, which allowed us to expand to Philadelphia. Kelso: Remote work has been an opportunity for us to grow and expand and reach more students. The only caveat is that when you're a young junior software engineer, sometimes it's really a remarkable opportunity to just be in the space with someone and to work side by side with your co-worker.
