You Want Someone That Speaks About Humor?

You want someone who's going to be in the weeds far enough so that they can, and someone that understands data. Two of the five I spoke to so far, I was speaking to a few more. And most of them came to me organically, some of them have come from a recruiter,. They're recruited because then they charge me for a grand fee. So yeah, I mean, if there was good as this earlier, the salary's not even that much when you get it down. It's cheaper than a fucking agency in a way. Yeah, put yourself in the right seat and hire people that are better than you and leave them alone.
