The Importance of Taking a Course

You don't have to do it all at once. You're going to realize what's kind of out of your comfort zone or what you need more training on. Do the course so you get the knowledge so you just know case selection. The only thing I'll add is if you feel uncomfortable with conversations and communication, go to Toastmasters. Just strike up conversations with people because I'm not necessarily an extrovert.
