Rights and Duties in the Constitution

For the last three or 400 years we have been talking of rights. Second duties, is our own. It's our commitment to ourselves. That's duty, which means that is respective of what the rights are. Duties cannot be institutionalized because it's our own. The poorest of the poor in india would not 99 point nine nine 9 % of the time throw a stone at a mercides just because the mesides is passing by. And this is something has kind of en coming from, say, my first introduction to this kind of social science was trough ndand and therefore, the focus was nt rights. But it was rights.
