The Achilles Seal of Growth
The biggest Achilles seal that we spoke before we started recording today is resourcing for agencies. It doesn't really matter if you're just getting started, I spoke to agencies that do 200 million. They have the same problem. We went through quite a few people at the start. We got people, we rushed into it a little bit like most companies do and there's a lot of cost opportunity of hiring the wrong person. So again, it obviously comes down to how much cash you've got,. but recruiting was the next step for us. Thankfully now we've got this incredible media buyer who can give us so much time back whilst also adding more to the process.
