Vantablack is the least reflective material that we know of to date. When it passes around, when it passes in front of the star, it blocks out light. So subtract one from the other, and you've got light from the planet in isolation. That's how we're putting it. God, I got a lot of science. You got to love it. Let me hope that this crap gets amazing.
