If you are strength training properly, 18 minutes, 1-8, 3 times a week is all you need to do as a minimum. We have to accept that if we were talking about three being the magic number, you need access to a gym to get that. So I need people to get the habit of doing something first. And also if they're not doing it correctly, you could kind of hurt yourself doing it with a big weight maybe. Or just not correctly correct technique or something. Yeah, the techniques often not too much of an issue per se with regards to injury, you may not be getting what you want out of it.
