The NFL wanted their partner on Sunday ticket to essentially become an investor in NFL media, which includes NFL network. That was something that ultimately Apple wasn't interested in and now the deal with YouTube doesn't include that. I think maybe at the end of the day, Apple was willing to forego that investment because they figure, well, listen, live sports rights are only to get more valuable as people cut the cable cord.
