Agrippa's Last Major Discourse
Acts, chapter 26 contains paul's last major discourse and is by far the most stylized herod agrippa the second. Ben witherington notes nine elements of greek rhetorical style that paul employs within this speech. Witherington argues that it is important to recognize that paul is not playing the part of the defendant here. Rather, he is playing something more akin to the role of a witness in his own trial.
