I required a cooling off period before i could get therea and to be clear, it wasn't so much anger at employees or tea members. It was it wasn't obvious to me immediately how to fix these problems. Or even that they were fixible. Since i couldn't have specific conversations with specific people, i think that is where i had the most struggle at the timeand i think that's from speaking with friends who have done this. I just don't need as much socially. I require quite a bit environmentally, but not sociallyso seem those things as themes, as opposed to one off comments by individuals distributed over a long period of time, was helpful.
