The Fingerprint Drive Turns Up Some Really Good Results
In the 1930s, police in Fresno, California had every boy and man fingerprinted for a case. Can you even imagine would they do something like that? They wouldn't do that today, right? This is akin to the mass screenings that are done over in Britain. You can voluntarily ask, but you cannot compel all these men and boys to give their prints. Law enforcement today just doesn't have the resources to do that.
