The Texas Rangers - A Brief History

The texas rangers quickly evolved into one of the most formidable forces for protecting whiteness on the american frontier. When non white people were accused of robbing or attacking white settlers, the rangers acted as designated vigilantes to see that justice was done. This put them in constant conflict with local native tribes, the cherokee and the comanchee primarily. And it also pit them against the mexican population in the area.
