The Importance of Social Justice in Supervision
I've been inspired a lot by well first of all narrative therapy so I did training with Michael White and David Epstein in the 90s. Then kind of probably about ten years ago I discovered Vicki Reynolds a Canadian community worker and clinical supervisor who has written and researched on supervision. So that's what your starting point is is being able to be aware of your own personal values and ethics but then if you're working in a group of people how do you bring that together to kind of create a collective ethic?
